The role
Lead the preparation of accurate estimates for commercial projects from conceptual budgets to GMP proposals.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure realistic, competitive bids.
Analyze plans, specifications, and scopes to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering ideas.
Support preconstruction strategy and project planning across multiple commercial sectors.
Apply strong knowledge of construction methods, costs, and scheduling, and leverage estimating software.
Communicate clearly to align stakeholders and influence project outcomes early in the process.
