The role
Own the annual non-capital budget planning and execution for the distribution center.
Forecast weekly volumes and allocate costs across labor, building supplies, and miscellaneous expenses.
Develop and manage the yearly staffing model for contractual, seasonal, and regular associates.
Lead and develop a high-performing team to analyze and optimize product movement through the distribution center.
Ensure safety compliance and foster a culture of safety while meeting scheduling needs.
Leverage data management systems and office tools (DMS, Excel, Access) to drive budgeting, forecasting, and operations improvement.
