The role
Join a fast-paced, research-driven trading team as a Research Engineer.
Collaborate with researchers to implement studies, simulate strategies, and develop robust algorithms for financial markets.
Embed with trading desks to understand problem spaces, extract domain models, and deliver ergonomic, high-performance engineering solutions.
Work with multiple engineering teams to accelerate the lifecycle from strategy prototype to production deployment.
Continuously evaluate new technologies and improve the tech stack to stay ahead in market opportunities.
Based in Greenwich, CT with strong cross-border collaboration across global teams.
