The role
A Logistics and Fulfilment Coordinator oversees end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring coordination between warehousing, transportation, and order fulfilment. The role involves managing transportation schedules with Transport Management Systems, supervising warehouse operations, and utilising systems like WMS and ERP platforms such as AS400 to track inventory and processing orders. The coordinator collaborates with third-party logistics providers to optimise supply chain activities and implements process improvements to reduce lead times and errors. Operating warehouse equipment safely and analysing shipping and receiving data to find operational enhancements are also key responsibilities. Candidates should possess knowledge of category management, experience with logistics systems, and excellent organisational and communication skills to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
