The role
Lead the design, development, and optimization of an agentic AI platform that enables context-aware, proactive user interactions in financial experiences.
Architect and fine-tune LLMs and agent frameworks (A2A, MCP, LangGraph) for robust alignment, safety, and personalization across multi-turn conversations.
Build scalable, production-ready ML and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, including data prep, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and online adaptation.
Implement advanced context engineering and prompt strategies, supporting multi-source data and multi-agent orchestration to deliver dynamic responses.
Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to shape the AI interface roadmap and measure impact with clear trade-offs.
Mentor engineers, drive best practices, and lead end-to-end ML lifecycle in a fast-paced, regulated financial tech environment.
