The role
Create and manage wedding-related meeting requests and RFPs, aligning client goals with logistics and creative concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute flawless wedding events from planning to wrap-up.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, keeping schedules, budgets, and deadlines on track under pressure.
Leverage negotiation and interpersonal skills to secure vendors, contracts, and partnerships with high professional standards.
Ensure precise financial reconciliation, billing processing, and accurate database records for registrations and events.
Travel as needed and work outside standard hours, including weekends, to attend client meetings and events.
