The role
Join the Ads Ranking organization to design and deploy ML models that power ad ranking at scale.
Build and optimize advanced models (DNNs, transformers) and features including embeddings and contextual signals.
Own the experimentation strategy: offline metrics, A/B design, readouts, and planning for next iterations.
Collaborate with product, infra, and data teams to enable end-to-end deployment and performance analysis.
Mentor other ML engineers and elevate modelling quality through code reviews and best-practice guidance.
Help shape long-term modeling vision across domains such as conversion, app ads, and brand campaigns.
