The role
Lead the strategy and execution of recruiting analytics and insights across the organization.
Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
Build and maintain dashboards, measurement frameworks, and multi-year roadmaps from reactive reporting to predictive insights.
Define and track KPIs like Quality of Hire, Lifetime Value of Hire, and Source Effectiveness, ensuring data quality.
Lead a team of analysts and partner with data engineering, HR, finance, and workforce planning to drive cross-functional impact.
Communicate vision effectively to executives and stakeholders and influence prioritization based on long-term business value.
