The role
Provide legal counsel to homeowner associations and boards in Scottsdale, AZ.
Draft, review, and interpret governing documents including CC&Rs, bylaws, and rules.
Manage covenant enforcement and collections with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
Represent HOAs in litigation, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
Apply 3+ years of HOA, real estate, or civil litigation experience and strong knowledge of Arizona HOA laws.
JD from an accredited law school and active Arizona State Bar membership in good standing.
