The role
Part-time Premium Auditor in the NYC area, working independently to conduct insurance premium audits in the field.
Interview insureds to validate business operations and gather payroll and/or sales records for the policy term.
Review audit requests, prioritize inventory, and schedule field work; travel to business locations when necessary.
Research and apply manual rules and classifications to comply with insurance industry standards.
Prepare written audit reports including data analysis, calculations, and classifications.
This home-based, 1099 role offers flexible scheduling with travel within Manhattan up to 20 miles and potential travel to other boroughs.
