They will evaluate and incorporate new AI models and tools, working across various business functions to optimise processes and enhance customer experience. Strong software engineering skills, experience with LLMs, and API integration are essential, along with a product-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. Experience in digital environments such as e-commerce or retail is beneficial.
