Procurement Manager – Edinburgh

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of procurement professionals, delivering strategic value throughout the product lifecycle. They will develop and implement procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive supply chain improvements to support programme delivery. The role requires experience within complex manufacturing or engineering environments, strong leadership skills, and extensive procurement knowledge, particularly in supporting new product introductions and early lifecycle programmes. Collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams is essential to optimise performance and mitigate risks. The position involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and contract negotiations in a hybrid working environment based in Edinburgh. The candidate must hold or be eligible for UK government security vetting, including SC or DV clearance.
