HR Transformation Lead
Lead the global HR transformation for a large-scale SuccessFactors implementation from Leeds, defining the future HR operating model and governance. Establish global process standards, governing localisation requests, and ensuring compliant, scalable HR and payroll processes across markets. Partner with the CHRO to align process design with enterprise architecture and IT governance. Oversee end-to-end HR/payroll data migration, including ownership, mapping, migration cycles, and sign-off readiness. Drive global adoption and change readiness, harmonising ways of working and enabling successful market transitions. Coordinate testing, cutover, hypercare, risk management, and benefits tracking to deliver controlled implementation and value.
