The role
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer on the shop floor.
Maintain high store standards through merchandising, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
Operate tills and handle transactions with accuracy.
Support deliveries, stockroom organization, and product availability.
Open and close the store as assigned, and handle cash with care.
Be a brand ambassador, collaborate with your team, and embody our values to inspire reading, learning, creativity and play.
