The role
Lead field operations for multi-story, large-scale high-rise projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
Drive schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance while coordinating with project management, engineering, and ownership teams.
Oversee inspections, logistics, materials, and manpower on site to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
Serve as the primary field leader, mentoring superintendents and site staff to uphold safety and quality standards.
Coordinate across trades and sequencing for vertical construction, concrete structures, and MEP coordination.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate; strong leadership and communication are essential.
