The role
Provide strategic regulatory advice and representation on Title IV programs, financial aid, and accreditation.
Advise on institutional structural changes and ownership transitions, including mergers and acquisitions affecting compliance.
Create and deliver higher education law resources, training, and best practices to support clients.
Manage complex matters, interface with clients, and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
Collaborate with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies; address privacy issues beyond FERPA, research, and student funding matters.
Travel as needed for client meetings and conferences; contribute to business development in the higher education practice.
