The role
As the sole HR lead for allocated schools, provide high-quality HR support in line with policy and employment law.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll administration.
Deliver first-line HR guidance and support low-level ER casework, taking accurate notes as required.
Collaborate with the Group HR Manager and wider team on more complex issues and HR projects.
Operate with initiative, work autonomously, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in educational environments is desirable; a minimum of two years in a HR generalist role is required.
