The role
Lead and deliver expert quantum claims analysis for major construction projects in Leeds.
Assess entitlement and damages across time and cost, producing robust claim assessments.
Prepare clear, evidentiary reports, schedules of cost, and supporting documentation for adjudication or arbitration.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and legal partners to resolve disputes efficiently.
Conduct delay, disruption, and productivity analyses and model impacts using Excel and related tools.
Mentor junior staff, manage deadlines, and maintain high quality in all technical outputs.
