The role
Provide legal guidance to product and business teams developing Acrobat-related software and services, focusing on GenAI and innovative AI technologies.
Counsel on product strategy, risk assessment, and legal compliance across licensing, privacy, IP, and data security.
Draft and negotiate inbound and outbound technology licenses, development agreements, online services terms, and partnership agreements.
Collaborate with privacy, antitrust, and IP subject matter experts, and deliver trainings to engineering, program management and sales-legal teams.
Evaluate products through a GenAI lens, including data sets and synthetic data considerations, under senior attorney mentorship.
Adapt to cross-time-zone collaboration, provide practical business-focused advice, and support risk and brand protection.
