The role
Lead and manage patent and IP litigation matters with a focus on software and cloud-based technologies.
Provide strategic and practical counsel to internal clients and coordinate with outside counsel to drive favorable outcomes.
Handle a range of intellectual property, commercial, and privacy-law issues in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Bring 8-9 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and patent litigation; strong track record in technology-focused cases.
Demonstrate strong communication, creative problem solving, and business acumen with the ability to adapt across products and services.
JD from an accredited law school; in-house experience is valued but not required; contribute across the organization as needed.
