The role
A Digital Business Analyst in Burton upon Trent works within the Technology & Change team to improve digital products, collaborating with internal teams and external partners using Agile methodologies. Their duties include understanding business processes, producing documentation like user stories and journey maps, and liaising with stakeholders to implement technological enhancements. They are expected to possess at least four years of experience in business analysis within ecommerce or customer-focused sectors and be familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of SDLC in Agile settings and understanding of technical infrastructure are also important.
