The role
A Java Full Stack Engineer works within multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications and microservices. They build modern web applications with contemporary front-end frameworks and backend technologies such as Java and Spring Boot. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and developing secure, reliable software using best engineering practices. Responsibilities include contributing to cloud-based solutions, participating in agile teams, and supporting continuous improvement through automation and knowledge sharing. Candidates should have extensive experience with microservices, front-end development, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and version control systems. Familiarity with infrastructure as Code and NoSQL databases is desirable, along with experience in government digital systems.
