The role
Realityjam operates as a remote game studio and developer platform that fosters innovative game creation and industry access for UK residents. The apprenticeship programme offers extensive training in Unity and Blender, involving real-time work on MMO titles and content creation for a duration of 24 months, merging industry practice with professional development. Participants will engage in live game projects, earning professional credits, and monetising their work on in-game assets like skins and items. The programme ensures industry-standard certification from Unity, supporting graduates in securing roles in the global game development industry. Work is managed remotely via digital platforms, with periodic events for feedback, collaboration, and skill enhancement. Successful completion may lead to full-time employment as a Junior Game Artist or Developer, subject to individual assessment.
