The role
Lead and develop the curriculum strategy for Advanced Construction and Engineering, overseeing Vocational Study Programmes, Technical Qualifications, and Apprenticeships.
Provide inspirational leadership and day-to-day management of the curriculum team to ensure outstanding teaching, learning and learner experience.
Drive continuous improvement and deliver a future-focused vision for the Curriculum Function while aligning with strategic priorities.
Navigate a changing external landscape, maximise income generation, and build strong partnerships with employers and external agencies.
Ensure quality through data-driven review, innovative practice, and robust assessment across programmes.
Collaborate as a strategic leader within the management team to transform opportunities for local learners and businesses.
