The role
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facilities to maximize uptime and efficiency.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
Conduct preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance records in logs and CMMS, and source parts as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols, participate in training, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
