Lead lifecycle and capital improvement projects totaling £21 million across Whiston Hospital and St Helens Hospital. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with clinical teams, facilities, contractors, and suppliers to drive successful delivery. Apply a solid technical background in mechanical or building services engineering to design and resolve on-site challenges. Manage stakeholders, risk, and procurement while maintaining safety and regulatory adherence throughout the lifecycle. Lead commissioning, handover, and post-implementation review to maximise lifecycle value.
