The role
You will partner with customers to scope use cases, explore data, and deploy Gen AI and ML solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Design and implement state-of-the-art systems, including retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning pipelines, prompt engineering recipes, and agentic workflows.
Create augmented datasets and robust evaluation workflows to ensure model reliability, transparency, and trust among stakeholders.
Build and maintain client relationships with leadership and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and adoption.
Collaborate with pre-sales and Product teams to map needs to capabilities, prioritize roadmaps, and help standardize solutions into internal recipes.
Lead enablement efforts, deliver workshops, and share customer feedback to influence product direction, with up to 25% annual travel.
