The role
Partner with customers to design and deploy Gen AI and ML solutions, spanning use-case scoping, data exploration, model development, and deployment.
Build and implement state-of-the-art AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
Create augmented real-world datasets and rigorous evaluation workflows to ensure model reliability and stakeholder trust.
Lead relationships with customer leadership to drive successful AI projects and align with Snorkel Flow capabilities and roadmaps.
Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to map customer needs to capabilities, prioritize roadmap gaps, and guide project setup.
Mentor teammates, standardize solutions into internal recipes and tooling, educate stakeholders on quantitative capabilities, and travel up to 25% annually.
