The role
Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services for agentic AI learning platforms, focusing on orchestration, memory, tools, and learner interactions.
Develop robust APIs and data pipelines to enable real-time personalization, evaluation, and actionable insights for AI agents.
Balance backend-first engineering with lightweight frontend work to deliver end-to-end product slices and internal tooling.
Advance production readiness through observability, monitoring, CI/CD, rollbacks, and on-call incident response.
Collaborate across product, design, and operations, communicating updates clearly to stakeholders and customers.
Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Python at scale, AWS, IaC, and AI agent frameworks, while contributing to a sustainable, cost-aware architecture.
