The role
The Logistics Packaging Specialist II drives end-to-end packaging operations with autonomy in a hybrid work environment.
Mentors junior staff, leads project management activities, and collaborates across functions to meet business objectives.
Develops and implements inventory control programs for distribution centers and manages third-party warehouse inventories.
Leads efforts to optimize inventory, safety stock, and procurement processes, including year-end PO activities.
Responsible for thermal qualification protocols for controlled-temperature shippers, data collection systems, and monitoring devices.
Identifies and evaluates new packaging technologies and monitoring solutions to improve delivery to patients.
