The role
Design and deploy a large-scale, real-time Anomaly Detection and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) platform for core Fulfilment Services.
Develop and architect the RCA components to provide explainable interpretations, identify underlying causes, and generate actionable recommendations.
Own the full software development lifecycle, including performance tuning, capacity planning, and code/design reviews.
Define the technical roadmap with the Tech Lead and apply state-of-the-art ML techniques across diverse business and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to build intelligent anomaly detection systems robust to dynamic environments (holidays, events, natural disasters).
Deliver scalable, production-ready ML services with strong observability and maintainability through solid software engineering practices.
