The role
Design, implement, and validate novel data-centric AI techniques, including synthetic data generation and evaluation using LLMs as judges.
Prototype and build end-to-end workflows that integrate research ideas into scalable production systems.
Write high-quality, maintainable code and ensure robust implementation of research-driven innovations.
Move fast in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, iterating on solutions in response to customer needs and new findings.
Collaborate with real-world design partners, researchers, and engineers to test solutions in applied settings with measurable impact.
Balance exploration with production readiness, rapidly productionizing prototypes and influencing broader research initiatives.
