The role
A Digital Data Analyst in Burton upon Trent is responsible for developing reports and dashboards across digital channels using Power BI, SQL, Excel and Google Analytics. They analyse performance data from web, app, online bookings, paid media, social and SEO to identify trends and opportunities. Their key task is to deliver insights that support digital strategy and decision-making within a fast-paced environment. The role involves supporting testing programmes, including A/B testing, and collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to ensure data quality and governance. The ideal candidate possesses advanced SQL, Excel, Power BI skills and strong knowledge of digital performance metrics. They should be able to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences and demonstrate curiosity and analytical thinking.
