The role
A Digital Data Analyst is responsible for developing dashboards, analysing digital performance data, and supporting strategic decision-making across various digital channels. They work with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics to analyse web, app, online bookings, paid media, and social media performance. Their duties include transforming complex data into insights, supporting testing programmes, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure data quality. The role requires skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and a strong understanding of digital analytics. Candidates should possess an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of Python or Databricks being advantageous.
