The role
As a Property Procurement Manager, you will develop and implement cost-effective strategies for Property Investment, Maintenance, and Statutory Compliance.
Drive supplier performance, manage tendering, and ensure contractual compliance to reduce costs and support sustainability.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align refurbishment and maintenance with operational needs and timelines.
Lead multi-site procurement, forecast spending, and analyse financial data to enable data-driven decisions.
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
This field-based role requires a driving license and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in procurement processes.
