The role
An employment solicitor with 1 to 5 years' PQE is sought to join a highly regarded Birmingham team. The role involves advising on a range of employment law matters for diverse clients within the education and corporate sectors. Responsibilities include handling contentious and non-contentious issues, managing Employment Tribunal cases, and delivering client training and seminars. The successful candidate will develop their expertise through complex work, collaboration, and support from experienced colleagues. Skills required include strong communication, organisational skills, and commercial awareness, with an interest in legal innovation and artificial intelligence beneficial.
