The role
An employment solicitor with 1 to 5 years' PQE is sought to join a leading employment practice in Birmingham, handling a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The role involves advising on complex employment tribunal issues, delivering client training, and supporting business development activities. The successful candidate will possess strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine enthusiasm for employment law and a proactive approach. Experience in advising on diverse employment law issues and an interest in artificial intelligence enhancements are advantageous.
