The role

Software Development Team Lead:
Responsible for implementing customer applications, building microservices, and collaborating with business and front-end teams.
Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as experience with Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases.
Must have 10+ years of software development experience, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and experience with automated testing and CI/CD tools.
Strong understanding of data structures, design patterns, and asynchronous programming is essential.
Experience with API authentication, authorization, and queuing/streaming engines is a plus.
