The role
An opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing department at Greenleaf House in Glasgow involves delivering psychological assessments, supporting care planning and risk management, and training residential care staff in therapeutic parenting approaches. The role requires providing individual and group psychological treatments for young people with trauma histories and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care. Candidates must hold an Honours degree in Psychology, with postgraduate qualifications in applied science or therapy, and experience working with traumatised children and young people. Skills in communication, report writing, safeguarding, and IT are essential, alongside emotional resilience and self-care awareness. The position entails travel between sites, managing caseloads, and participating in service evaluation activities, with a focus on professional development and ethical practice.
