The role
The Senior Product Manager for Energy Products & Quoting oversees the strategy and development of ENSEK's energy modelling, management, pricing, and quoting products, supporting international growth and market adaptation. They are responsible for evolving the platform to support modern energy propositions like time-of-use tariffs and flexible pricing structures, while championing the integration of AI to enhance product configuration, pricing, and catalogue management. The role requires ensuring compliance with various regulatory environments and aligning product capabilities with customer needs and industry developments. The manager will coach and develop their team, fostering expertise in AI literacy and product management skills. Stakeholder management involves guiding decision-making processes based on data, customer insights, and market intelligence to improve product offerings and market reach. The role demands a proven track record in managing complex product platforms, influencing stakeholders, and applying technical knowledge in energy or related highly regulated industries.
