The role
You will work as a backend engineer focused on AI-assisted code generation and tooling to help developers be 10x more productive.
Collaborate with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists to design prompts, evals, and agent tooling for code tasks and production integration.
Prototype quickly, validate in real-world usage, iterate with users, and ship impactful features.
Stay up to date with the latest research in prompting, agents, and code editing.
Build cross-team capabilities by integrating with IDE extensions or runtime instrumentation to collect more runtime data from production and pre-production environments.
Deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions with a strong emphasis on code quality and performance.
