The role
Seeking a Backend Developer with 10+ years of Java experience to lead the backend of scalable services.
Architect, implement, test, and deploy Java services with robust unit tests and measurable metrics.
Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git to ensure reliable, automated delivery.
Develop and maintain automated tests (Selenium or Playwright) and reinforce security flows, with emphasis on Scala and MySQL.
Collaborate with product managers to translate customer needs into actionable software requirements and deliver features on time and within budget.
Participate in design and code reviews, contribute to planning, and support daily development and strategic revamp efforts.
