The role
Manage an assigned book of commercial lines, focusing on client retention, renewals, and new business support.
Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues with accuracy.
Perform policy management, renewal submissions, coverage analysis, and presentation of proposals.
Monitor accounts receivable, delinquent balances, and ensure data integrity across agency systems.
Provide proactive service, clear communication, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs.
Apply ongoing best practices, stay current with policies and procedures, and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
