Lead the design and deployment of real-time ML-powered search components at scale.
Improve search quality through advanced query understanding, ranking, and relevance modeling.
Develop core algorithms for query understanding, result ranking, and query recommendations.
Ensure system reliability and performance in a high-traffic, globally distributed environment.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on guidance for project teams.
