The role

Provide strategic legal guidance for global data infrastructure projects, including data center development, power interconnection, and renewables.
Negotiate long-term data center contracts and a range of commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, software licenses, and outsourcing.
Advise on laws and regulations affecting digital infrastructure and drive standard policies and templates to improve efficiency and risk management.
Translate technical and commercial concepts into clear, practical legal advice for cross-functional and international teams.
Collaborate with public policy and other stakeholders to advocate for interests in digital infrastructure development.
Support scalable processes and risk controls while managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
