The role
As the go-to advisor for Employee Relations and UK employment policy, you will resolve complex cases and harmonise policies.
You will own ER case management, track data to identify recurring issues, and drive proactive interventions.
Manage ACAS and Employment Tribunal caseloads and support sites with timely bundles and updates.
Lead on UK HR policies and employment contracts, ensuring timely reviews and an up-to-date policy portal.
Coach and upskill line managers on UK employment matters and collective agreements through training and resources.
Operate in a hybrid environment with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery of pragmatic, commercially sound advice.
