The role
An email content strategist in Toronto will lead the creative and strategic development of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring brand voice consistency and campaign performance. They will refine AI-assisted copy, develop content calendars, and optimise retention strategies using tools like Klaviyo and CRM systems. Responsibilities include managing creative workflows, reviewing marketing assets, and running A/B tests to increase engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value. The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in email marketing or content strategy, strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, and proficiency with CRM platforms. Candidates must be adept at collaboration, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about utilising automation tools to enhance work efficiency. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in Toronto, with a salary of 65k CAD plus bonuses.
