The role
Lead the data modeling effort to define how AI agents interact with accounting workflows.
Design and implement the world in which AI agents operate, including their knowledge, constraints, and explanations.
Model interconnected systems, develop abstractions, and debate the trade-offs of system design.
Bring 5+ years of Python-based experience; apply first-principles reasoning and demonstrate strong leadership.
Collaborate across disciplines, mentor teammates, and contribute to a growing engineering culture.
This role is office-based in NYC and requires hands-on collaboration and high-velocity delivery.
