The role
Collaborate with growth marketers, program managers, and analytics partners to define data, metrics, and reporting requirements.
Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and ongoing analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to support large-scale campaign execution and automated reporting.
Write high-quality, performant SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze large datasets.
Partner with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data integrity issues while establishing best practices for pipelines and analytics workflows.
Engage with internal practice teams, contribute to thought leadership, and pursue ongoing learning and career growth opportunities.
