The role
Hands-on Glass Factory role on 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) in Ronkonkoma, NY.
Measure, cut, polish, and prepare glass panels; operate cutting tables, polishers, washers, and tempering ovens.
Safely handle large panels, inspect finished products for quality, and stage materials for shipping and assembly.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.
On-the-job training provided; no prior manufacturing experience required; must be able to lift 90+ lbs and use hand tools.
Occasional late nights may be needed; strong attention to detail and dependability are valued.
